Melanie Ferguson Events specializes in wedding coordination so that you can free up your headspace to resonate with all those beautiful moments- establishing a timeline and ensuring that the management of every piece goes smoothly.

  • A wedding coordinator is essential for your wedding as we bring expertise and experience to ensure a seamless and well-organized event. Our presence ensures that your vision is brought to life, and we can handle any unexpected issues that may arise, allowing you and your loved ones to fully embrace the celebration.

  • We are available for a call, text, or email anytime in your planning process. If you need a vendor recommendation, decor question, or would like to get a second opinion on something we would love to answer any questions you have.

  • Our wedding coordination package starts at $1400 and includes a lead and assistant coordinator. There are travel fees added if outside Baton Rouge, LA.

  • We recommend 6-18 months out but can work with you on shorter timelines! Fill out your information on the contact page and we will be in touch!
